DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Shipping, handling and insurance are NOT included in price, but will be calculated at check out for domestic orders. Items will be shipped via UPS Ground (average arrival time is within 5 business days, lower 48 states). 

Returns are available for items damaged in shipping but only after a UPS insurance claim has been filed and investigated and deemed refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping is not included at check out and will say "free" . I will send a separate shipping bill to you once all accurate shipping is calculated by UPS to your country.  We will finalize shipping payment through PAYPAL.

***All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes, if imposed on your order, are assessed in the destination country.

In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.
